The 5-inch casters are made with premium materials that are generally safe for hardwood, tile, and carpet. Each of the four wheels features an individual step-on lock. Once all four are locked, the bed remains securely in place to provide a stable foundation for getting in and out of bed. The overall height of the bed frame (excluding the mattress) can be electrically adjusted from 13.8 inches up to 24.4 inches from the floor. Our products are shipped from China, the dispatching date will be commenced in few business days after the finishing of QC from the related department.

The contract we have stipulated with FedEx, DHL, UPS and EMS is already set and therefore all merchandise is sent via Air rather than Ground.
